This retreat is for the person who:-

  • wants to learn how to develop selfcare
  • wants to reset, take time to delve into movement and breath
  • desires to learn how to create a sustainable daily practice.

A women’s retreat is a wonderful opportunity to get some space in your life and connect with an environment that supports states of peace, calmness and deep relaxation.

A retreat assists you to concentrate your energy and focus, which can often result in a personal breakthrough, increased clarity and profound inner transformation.

Each day will start with a sunrise meditation. We will share different tools with you to learn to control your breath and surrender your body and mind.

We will be practicing Kundalini and Hatha yoga in the morning and Yin yoga in the evening.

“We invite you to make this weekend alcohol free to gain the full benefit of the weekend and to “cleanse, reset and revitalise yourselves.”

Located 25 minutes north of Noosa, habitatnoosa everglades ecocamp is Queensland’s most exciting eco-tourism product. The much-loved camping ground on 65 acres of natural bushland (previously known as Elanda Point Education Centre & Adventure Park) has undergone extensive revitalisation to provide onsite cabin, camping, motorhome and glamping accommodation, along with renovated amenities.
